Simple Steps to Find Company Director Information

Every Indian company must file its financial, stakeholder, and company director information with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA21). These documents are accessible through the official website of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

The following steps will help you access the company directors details.

Step 1: Visit http://www.mca.gov.in/mcafoportal/login.do and register yourself if you do not have an account already.

Step 2: Navigate to MCA Services and click on “Check Company Name”.

Step 3: In the search bar type the name of the company whose directors list you need to find and click on the search button. Then copy the CIN Number of that particular company.

Step 4: Navigate to MCA services and select View Public Documents (fourth option from the top).

Step 5: Enter the copied CIN Number of the company and click Submit. Here you can select the desired company for details.

Step 6: Select the Annual returns and Balance sheet e-form option and then select the year of filing you are looking for and click Submit.

Step 7: If you want the record of one Company, select “Pay”. For multiple company information, you can select “Add to My Cart”. Pay the required fees online and keep the generated Challan for your record.

In the “My Documents” section, you can view Form 20B / Form MGT 7 by clicking on the “View” option, which will be available only for one day.
